Return
All products are inspected and checked carefully by manufacturers before sending out. Should you receive any faulty products please inform us via beautyvanity11@gmail.com (email) or @beautyvanity11 (Instagram direct message) within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will do our best to assist you further.

Warranty
For products that require after-sales services, due to the manufacturers do not have service center in Malaysia, the product needs to be sent back to the country of origin to claim warranty services. We will assist in sending back the products however the shipping cost will be borne by you.
